The Hydrant Dispensers are being designed for efficiency and safety when refueling aircraft using the airport underground hydrant system & Refuellers are used at comparatively small AFSs.

The vehicles are Right Hand Drive (RHD), but all important aviation components are on the left side (co-driver side). The Hydrant Dispensers & Refuellers design are meeting all the regulatory requirements of MVA (Minimum Vectoring Altitude), CCOE (Chief Controller of Explosives), DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation), Petroleum Rules, AAI (Airport Authority of India) guideline etc.
Minimum clearances, maximum overall dimension, net weight & axle weight of the complete unit incl. chassis plus the other data deemed to be relevant being decided by our technical experts depending on the fuelling vehicle requirement.
The chassis is normally purchased by BPCL and issued to the successful fabricator as a free issue item and fabricator uses imported components as per the requirement for fabrication of Dispensers & Refuellers. We have competency in designing hydrant dispensers of world class meeting all the requirements of domestic as well as international airlines. BPCL experts carry out full fledged testing of the vehicle with the ATF at simulator.
