We provide guidance to AFS for safe and efficient operations with focus on quality, customer delight and safe operations. Due to fast changing business environment, a need was felt to standardize practices and procedures to bring the manual in line with international standards. To meet this we have developed in-house technical manuals to guide our operators on local and international requirements. Our manuals are helpful for smooth functioning of AFS and also maintain standardization across AFS’s.

Technical Audit

In order to ensure that our practices, procedures and performance vis-à-vis the laid down parameters of our Corporation as well as Statutory Bodies are adhered, it is essential that we carry out periodic operations audit.  This would enable us to introspect and take corrective action to achieve excellence in our performance.  The format covers various aspects such as;

Site Support

Support by highly experienced professionals is provided on site. The qualified professionals have the expertise to offer requisite services as per international standards. In some circumstances, online support is not feasible. Moreover, online support cannot be as interactive as the onsite support. Project Engineering

We provide engineering expertise in the key areas of project development.

Planning

• All development factors are considered after comprehensive Feasibility Study. This includes traffic predictions, estimates for future demand and cost effectiveness. From this, we produce an outline design and detailed capital cost estimate.
  
  

Design

• We produce detailed designs (including materials specifications) to provide the required capacity level.
• Expensive over-capacity is avoided, but the ability to expand the system to meet future demand is always built into the design.
  
  

Project Management

• We provide project management to our internal clients and also to other industry members in India. We have experienced personnel who have been to international assignment and provided their technical expertise for construction and commissioning to the international clients.
  
  

Commissioning

• We design ready to use and the capacity to deal with variable future demand. As part of the commissioning service, we provide detailed commissioning procedures, supervision and certification to ensure a system is ready for use.

Turnkey Projects

We are capable of undertaking turnkey projects for aviation fuel facilities. Expertise in all processes of design, installation and operation has empowered us to serve the clients in all aspects. We have the technical expertise and manpower to undertake turnkey projects to serve the clients as the one stop destination.
